Positive: We have stayed in many locations in Swakop before but this home has it all. It is more than what you will expect and it ticks all the boxes. Luzane is a super host and she makes you feel totally at home from the start up to the very end of your stay. The home is pet friendly and we brought our kitten with us with prior arrangements with Luzane. We we got here we found a cat bed, toys and feeding station ready for the kitten. This was completely unexpected and a wonderful surprise. The check in process as well as the check out process is done with your privacy in mind and definitely appreciated by us as the clients. It shows trust and respect on another level that is hard to find these days. I appreciate and applaud Luzane and her family for the way they do things and we will definitely make use of this home for future stays in Swakop.
